Jude’s Jazz – The Place To Be If you’d like a little jazz in your life or pep in your step why not listen into Jude’s Jazz every Friday morning between 10 am and 12 noon. In the first hour of the program international jazz is the theme but in its many different forms, from the classic early and more contemporary European and American styles to Latin, fusion, smooth and even an occasional acid or electronic jazz. The second hour is always devoted to showcasing contemporary Australian jazz music, performers and composers including locally generated performances too. Even the program’s signature name and closing music comes from the title track of a CD that was released by Canberra trained jazz guitarist and composer Alex Stuart in 2015 who now resides in Paris and performs internationally.
